Agree to, Agree with

Agree to means to accept and comply with. Agree with means to be in harmony with, most often referring to a person or an idea. He said: “I agree to meet you this afternoon, as long as you don’t tell anyone.”  She said: “I agree with you: we should meet this afternoon and I won’t tell anyone.”
